La Corte constató que en el asunto de la referencia no hay lugar a emitir pronunciamiento sobre el "conflicto positivo de competencia" que a juicio de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Norte de Santander se había suscitado, dado que el mismo es inexistente.
